Took almost 10 minutes to download and launch game the first time. Notes from mod info windows:
Bibilocraft: "new in 1.3 - fancy lamps and golden lanterns, also tables and enchanted plates."
A few more ID mismatches reported, run anyway. Redo all my video settings and controls again (again). Started updating the ftbwiki with Fancy Glass stuff, but it turned out there were way more items than I thought. Anyway, I covered the basics, got about 15 recipes and 20 grid icons posted. Other people can fill in the rest if they want to copy the recipes and stuff. Only a few minutes left for actual gaming. Looks like the difficulty got reset from peaceful, since I ran out to find a meteor I heard crashing and got attacked by skeletons and blue (?) slimes (they drop "gelatinous slime" with the funny subtest "Smells horrible, but if you have nothing else to eat ..."). Now I see what the gibbing mod does. The very first zombie I hit, its head popped off, then its arm. Etc. I don't really care for that. Didn't find a meteor, was out in the wilderness with no food, had to head home.
After cheezy movie night. Updated the ftbwiki for the newest Bibliocraft items (Fancy Lamp, Golden Lantern, Wooden Table). I've never actually made anything from that mod. Rutt's house (our Quickhaven world) looks really good with all this furniture. I just stick things in chests, done. Our FTB Ultimate server is down, so play this one for a bit.
Mining trip: 1 emerald, 2 diamonds, 4 Cu, 9 meteor chips, 22 lapis, 8 redstone, 8 Fe, 3 Mn (pinkish), 4 Au, 4 Ag, 14 Sn, 20 coal.
I fenced off my tiny settlement, maybe a 30x30 area, simple crossroads with gates. Cleared all grass inside fence. Turned the small pond into a peat bog. Oddly, the Autocrafting table is now called the Auto Workbench, couldn't find it in NEI at first.
Started a tunnel to the Millenaire village, hit a cave, got 2 quartz, 4+4+14+3 Cu, 38 petroleum, 3 Mg (blobs), 3+8 Sn, 9 Fe, 4 GelSlime, 2 Certus Gquartz dust (??), and enough cobble for another building. 2nd tunnel expedition, made it 90% to the village, crossing two cave systems, brought back 19+6 Cu, 2+5 Sn, 2 deep iron, 5 Prometheum, 4 quartz, 3 certus quartz dust, 8 bitumen.
Organized my chests, with my usual lineup of 4 chests for ores, dusts, ingots, machine parts. Metallurgy mod added another line of metal chests (Brass, Silver, Gold, Electrum, Platinum), in addition to the chests from the Iron Chests mod; the Metallurgy chests seem much more expensive for the same number of slots, and I've trusted Iron Chests for about a year now. Tired eyes, call it a night.
