Even better, I saw Hypno create "Intra-linking" Mystcraft books on the Hermitcraft server. Sure enough, if you go to the ink mixer and add ink, then click 4 or 5 gold dust in the big black circle, the ink area turns green briefly. Quickly grab the link panel and there's a good chance it will say "intra-linking". Add leather for an intra-linking book. These should be able to make jumps within the same dimension. Cool! Make 4 intra-linking books, linked two of them too my bee lab and named them "Bee Lab" on my writing desk.
Last night I put an overflow chest and insertion pipe for scrap going into my mass fabricator. Just now, there are 64 scrap in the machine and 2x64+42 in the chest ... run it all while my armor is recharging on the roof. 21 more UU matter, dump it on the worktable with the advanced solar recipes, 51 total. Make 2 irradiant uranium, 6 irradiant glass panes, 1 sunnarium part, 1 iridium (compress to ingot), 1 iridiumIron plate, then short on carbon plate. haven't used that compressor downstairs in ages. Throw 64 coal ore on pulverizer ... 64 coal in AE network, 64 in macerator.
Kinda funny how I naturally don't trust one mod for everything. I have just a few applied energistics machines, thinking of maybe adding a few more, and a crafting terminal in the thermal expansion lab, and dumping all my ores and metals into the system. Meanwhile, Hypno has hundreds of machines, in multiple dimensions, with chunk loaders and quantum rings to beam stuff across space and time, and he still has no obvious lag, even with other players also building uber-systems nearby. Really strains the imagination how a simple block game has evolved to such a massive system.
Back to bees, technically I now need to make two chunk loaders and go to Campo (desert bees) and my winter shack and setup return links to my bee lab. Pull 4 diamonds, 2 books, 8 obsidian, make 2 enchantment tables ... add 5 gold and an ender pearl each, and I have two chunk loaders. I have never never played with these before.
I setup a quick autocrafter for carbon plate ... said I wouldn't because the recipes are sitting on a worktable downstairs, but sometimes I just want to throw stuff in a chest and come back later. And the macerator is soooo slow. I added more recipes on worktables: 4 tin around water cell = 10k coolant cell, 3 of those, 2 Cu wire, and circuit = overclocker upgrade. Made 2, throw them in the macerator, drop a batch of coal dust downstairs. I know all these things can be automated with pattern buffers and endless ME import and export gadgets -- those are all quite expensive and complex to build and use power, and I enjoy setting up processes for making special items. Continuing the advanced solar build, got some carbon plate, make iridium-whatever super plate, got all my parts except the solar itself. Actually, one of my favorite autocrafting setups I ever made was a factory for making solar panels from the basic parts: tin, copper wire, coal dust, glass, iron.
Made my first batch of powered rail and 80 more rail on ME crafting terminal. And two minecarts. Okay, two powered rails gets me about 70 blocks at reasonable speed -- I added a bit to my rail, but will probably make intra-linking books to all villages and cool spots anyway. Got to Campo, added waypoint, setup chunk loader ... very cool feature "Show Lasers" will show you the protected area.

Have to do the same for arctic bees, bring 3 apiaries. Obviously will need to automate these faraway hives, since I wont check them often.

Drop force logs in power station squeezer, has 12 force shards, drop those in force infuser (get 1 bucket of liquid force each, only use for those).
Ran to my tiny arctic base on the hillside, real hard time finding it. Found some bee hives along the way, got: 3 frozen c, 3 mundane c, 3 wintry p + 3d + mystical p + d + unusual p + d. Spoils bag: bucket of force, oblivion frame (perfect timing), 5 knowledge fragments, 4 claws, 11 wooden tie, 2 iron, 1 tear, 1 gold - quite a haul form hitting a spider. Used up a force pick of heat/grinding in tunnels along the way, got 73 iron, 34 tin, 11 coal dust, 56 Cu, 3 ferrous, 1 Au, 4 quicksilver. Make 4 apiarist pipes, bring a heap of pipes and chests -- setup 3 automated wintry hives, got 1 frozen comb while setting up. A basic automated hive takes an apiary, an apiarist pipe, a wooden pipe, autarchic gate, and about 6 stone/cobble pipes. Not too bad, definitely an acquired skill setting those up!
Centrifuge haul: 27 honeydew, 19 honey drop (take out, put in beealyzer), 15 propolis, 1 cocoa, 14 wax, 1 crystalline pollen.
Warp out to desert hives:

Make 2 intra-linking mystcraft books, grab wheat and logs and princesses and emeralds ... swim over to Bangalore. Make 2-way link, buy 7 frozen comb, 4 apiaries, 2 proven grafters. Back home, make solar panel -> advanced solar. Hook it up.
9 more UU matter, scrap overflow has 3-1/2 stacks. Run em all. MFSU hovers around 7 million, still drops slowly when mass fab is running on MV. 8 more UU, 57 on worktable.
Made a batch of transport pipes, 15 more autarchic gates, 2 electric furnaces, redid the cables in IC2 lab with gold instead of lossy copper. Ran ME cable to thermal expansion lab, dropped a crafting terminal in there, added 4k storage, started dropping lots of metals in there, leave ores and dusts out -- not useful in any recipes until smelted. 16 hardened glass, 4 energy cell frames, more electrum, RCCs, 4 new energy cells. After watching Hypno go nuts setting up 400+ lasers over an assembly table in Hermitcraft, I feel a little better about thinking big, and I do have lots of metals, just haven't processed most of them. May run out of glowstone soon.

MFSU at 10 million, run mass fab, it has 64 scrap plus 2x64+21 in overflow chest. 11 UU. Oh hey, I went to look for redstone clock, fairly cheap timer block ... and that means Extra Utilitie is loaded, which means there's an ender-thermic pump so I can ransack the nether for lava! Duh.
Log out and do a world backup, then jump to my arctic bees. No problem.

Not much going on out here, really. Possible new breeeds: modest + meadows = 10% arid, other lines have to be bred in nether (but can live after that in overworld). Only new breeds for sorc are sorc + cult = 10% eldritch.
A bit laggy after jumping back home, but (duh!) probably because my home town is not chunk loaded! Okay, built a chunk loader, dropped it near middle of town, set to square radius 5, and the laser outline includes everything from my solar panels to most of my bee garden. Misses hives 7 thrtough 10, but not a big deal. Main thing is to have my solars and most of my machines and my link books working. Although my original Mystcraft spot is outside the zone. Darn. Definitely laggy after a few jumps.
Left a diligent d in with the sweetened q. 15% chance of sweetened + diligent = sugary. Fun to try.

So I had a bunch of projects planned. But when I saw that I still couldn't get from my bee lab to my forestry multifarm directly, I extended the town as a platform out over the water. Pretty cool, now there's a road alongside the force lab, ending at a ladder, quick hop to the tree farm.

Back to lab, run combs, throw some bums in the genepool, filled its internal tank, pump out into tank. Recycling mostly unstacking un-analyzed bees and hybrids that seem like dead ends (common/cultivated, meadows/forest, etc). Put one of my 3 eldritch drones in isolator. Got eldritch species serum, average quality. Wow, captured the species on first shot. Try unweary/cult d in isolator, got "No temp tol" serum. One more serum vial left: run a majestic drone (4x fertility), got "no humid tol" serum. Cheat 2 more serum vials (still don't have any royal jelly to make more). Oh, my majestic drone is still there, got "flower pollination" serum (cool). Still not dead, got "effect cancellation" serum (also very good). Now I guess I need the replicator and purifier to fill and purify these serums, and an inoculator to actually use them, darn both need serum vials which need royal jelly. Will wait.
Scrap overflow 4x64+20. Plus 64+ 48 forcicium. Run mass fab, 15 UU, took MFSU down from 10 million to 7 million, evern with 2 hybrid solars and the advanced solar. make 30 Cu, 32 bronze, 48 invar, 2 sturdy casings -> 2 apiarist machines -> 2 genetic machines. Thinking about adding another ME crafting interface in bee lab, but that's 24 blocks from the controller (and I don't want my bees getting into the system and eating all my storage). Darn those ME cable are still expensive, may need to make another quartz run, also low on glowstone; ME controller taking just 14 units/tick. Okay, I have about 300 quartz & dusts in ME network, put a stack of each dust & redstone, make a stack of fluix dust, stack of glass -> 24 ME cable.
Tried to setup a system to automate the AE processors, but the auto worktable seems to not allow any item in a recipe that has durability. Argh. May retool that to make storage clusters (etc), though I'm tempted to use the thermal expansion cyclic assemblers in a chain for that. Adding about 30 cable and a new ME Crafting Terminal (in bee lab) only upped the power consumption to 17 units/tick. I think that's 8 EU/t. Negligible. Fun system.
Neat trick I did not know until I saw Hypno no it: in inventory, you can type @applied to see items from applied energistics .. essentially, the @ operator searches by mod name, even though mod name is not shown in tooltips. Very handy! Should I drop all my bee produce in there or not? Hmm. Should I start making ME Interfaces and hooking up my machines? Seems like I'm still a long way from building the big multiblock Assembler and programming a gazillion recipes.
Smaller things - any uses for all this beeswax? wax -> pipe waterproof. wax / wax / stick = 3 torches. 3 wax -> 4 wax capsule. wax & strings in carpenter with water = 6 or 24 candles. Obviously wax + stuff = scented gear and scented paneling for the multiblock alveary.

Tree multifarm, gold chest almost full. 64+60 force logs, 27 stacks og other logs (take most), 8x64+19 silver lime saplings (leave 64), 7x64 + 22 beech saplings (leave 64), 66 force nuggets (take, 7 force ingots), more. Drop in iron chest, force wrench it, take it home. Drop force logs at BC power station -- 4 energy cells full, but engines ran themselves dry. Quick mining run in Twilight Forest, pack full of ores. Check my silly cobble compressor, got 4 triple and 7 doubly compressed blocks -- just saw Hypno create a massive cobble farm with 10 rows of 64 ME Transition Planes, running into 12 cyclic assemblers to produce the ludicrous octuply compressed cobblestone in under a week. 9^8th cobblestone in one of those.
Random tasks, turned on mob spawner, turned off grinder, used a soul shard for skeletons, got 23, need 64, bleah. Setup auto-enchanter, nothing good came up. Bees doing the usual except for D1: cult/- p + d + sorc d + d + 2 mundane c. Take cult p home, run my last sorc q.

Real world: went out to the Ramon Bowl to see the last day of the play "Ramona", which has been an annual event there sine 1923.
Minecraft: I enabled Power Converters and Advanced Enchanting. Upgraded my enchanting table to advanced, made a diamond sword, gave it Soul Stealer III for 9 levels. Make 4 soul cages, then back to spawn room: turn off the grinder, get my skeleton soul shard, get it up to Tier 1, make a spawner. Not a powerful spawner, but it gives me mobs without spending essence. So, soul shard spawner plus MFR grinder = infinite mob essence.
Tree farm: 2x64+17 wool, energy cell at 304K, chest: 3 rows of stacks of wood, 74 sand (take), 3 rows of stacks of saplings.
Make bio reactor and bio generator, revise my whole cliff-top IC2 farm. Now half the pumpkin seeds and potatoes go into the io Reactor (stocked it with bonemeal and carrots and melon seeds), made iron tanks for veggie juice and fruit juice, moved the stills downstairs, from bottom of biomass tank to the ethanol tank on the floor below. Meanwhile, the bio reactor feeds MFR biofuel into the bio generator, which keeps the fermenters and stills powered.
No real progress on bee front, yes they are multiplying nicely. Time to startup majestic+noble in #1 and #9, add oblivion frames to both, need to breed imperials already. #9's noble queen can take a holiday, nope, moved her to BH #8. Well, the queen in #9 simply died. Huh? That sucks. RUn the maj/noble p from chest with the majestic/imp d.

Multifarm gold chest overflowing! Grab 11 stacks of apple oak and common beech saplings, run them through fermenters, which used up the fruit juice internal tanks.
Tanks: (cliff top): Biomass 198k, Biofuel 70k, veggie juice 72k, fruit juice 42k. Main cache: lava 338b, oil 155b, creosote 317b, lava2 218b, ethanol 139b, mob essence 94b.
Scrap overflow: 11 stacks - eek, add a hopper, drop 5 stacks in.
8. got my first 3 royal jelly! Make 2 serum vials. Genetic machine -> advanced genetic machine + 3 ghast tears, 4 tanks, redstone -> purifier. AGM + 4 soul sand & 2 tanks & rs -> syntesizer. FInally. add an acclimatlizer (apiarist machine, 3 water cans, 3 lava cans).
Put frigif queen in acclimatizer, can of lava, no change. Another can of lava, got the Up_1 temp tolerance. Go back to snowy base, put Frigid Up_1 p + d + oblivion frame in A2. Yes it worked. Then produced a diligent/wintry princess. Ugh. Bring home, run dil/wint + wint* in #3.
Got 2 more royal jelly from #8 hive.
Run a bleached/wintry d thru isolator: got Flowers Pollination and Slowest Flowers serums (yuck), but bee survived. Test, yes you can smelt an unwanted serum to get the vial back! Run an excited/valiant: Normal Fertility serum. Run again: Slowest Flowering, bee died, recycle the vial. Run bleached bee again, just one vial in machine. Bee died but I got Bleached species serum! That's a rare one.
Eldritch species serum is up to 6 charges but awful quality, looks like it used about 1.5 buckets of DNA for that, move to purifier.
Take a while to make an inoculator -- last of the crazy complex genetic machines! Try inoculating rocky princess with Eldritch species serum.
Bleached species serum up to 4 charges, poor quality, still some DNA in tank. Move to purifier. Up to good quality, DNA tank 80% full (I started with 4b of DNA). Inoculator: eldritch princess done! Try turning meadows princess into bleached princess ... does take a while ... bleached princess done! Oh, it's a bleached/meadows, let's see if inoculating it again gives a pure breed, if so my only other bleached bee is a bleached/wintry that will need a dose. Yes, pure breed. Wow, species serum can salvage weird hybrids.
Normal fertility serum has 5 charges, average quality. In purifier. Good quality, DNA tank at 70%. Now, my new eldritch princess came out with X1 fertility, so she's getting a normal fertility serum. Ok, up to 2x.
Run a x4 majestic drone in isolator ... shorter lifespan serum (not the worst), majestic species serum (+), shorter lifespan (recycle), slower productivity serum (-).

Just now, there are 64 scrap in the machine and 2x64+42 in the chest ... run it all while my armor is recharging on the roof. 21 more UU matter, dump it on the worktable with the advanced solar recipes, 51 total. Make 2 irradiant uranium, 6 irradiant glass panes, 1 sunnarium part, 1 iridium (compress to ingot), 1 iridiumIron plate, then short on carbon plate. haven't used that compressor downstairs in ages. Throw 64 coal ore on pulverizer ... 64 coal in AE network, 64 in macerator.
Kinda funny how I naturally don't trust one mod for everything. I have just a few applied energistics machines, thinking of maybe adding a few more, and a crafting terminal in the thermal expansion lab, and dumping all my ores and metals into the system. Meanwhile, Hypno has hundreds of machines, in multiple dimensions, with chunk loaders and quantum rings to beam stuff across space and time, and he still has no obvious lag, even with other players also building uber-systems nearby. Really strains the imagination how a simple block game has evolved to such a massive system.
Back to bees, technically I now need to make two chunk loaders and go to Campo (desert bees) and my winter shack and setup return links to my bee lab. Pull 4 diamonds, 2 books, 8 obsidian, make 2 enchantment tables ... add 5 gold and an ender pearl each, and I have two chunk loaders. I have never never played with these before.
I setup a quick autocrafter for carbon plate ... said I wouldn't because the recipes are sitting on a worktable downstairs, but sometimes I just want to throw stuff in a chest and come back later. And the macerator is soooo slow. I added more recipes on worktables: 4 tin around water cell = 10k coolant cell, 3 of those, 2 Cu wire, and circuit = overclocker upgrade. Made 2, throw them in the macerator, drop a batch of coal dust downstairs. I know all these things can be automated with pattern buffers and endless ME import and export gadgets -- those are all quite expensive and complex to build and use power, and I enjoy setting up processes for making special items. Continuing the advanced solar build, got some carbon plate, make iridium-whatever super plate, got all my parts except the solar itself. Actually, one of my favorite autocrafting setups I ever made was a factory for making solar panels from the basic parts: tin, copper wire, coal dust, glass, iron.
Made my first batch of powered rail and 80 more rail on ME crafting terminal. And two minecarts. Okay, two powered rails gets me about 70 blocks at reasonable speed -- I added a bit to my rail, but will probably make intra-linking books to all villages and cool spots anyway. Got to Campo, added waypoint, setup chunk loader ... very cool feature "Show Lasers" will show you the protected area.

Ran to my tiny arctic base on the hillside, real hard time finding it. Found some bee hives along the way, got: 3 frozen c, 3 mundane c, 3 wintry p + 3d + mystical p + d + unusual p + d. Spoils bag: bucket of force, oblivion frame (perfect timing), 5 knowledge fragments, 4 claws, 11 wooden tie, 2 iron, 1 tear, 1 gold - quite a haul form hitting a spider. Used up a force pick of heat/grinding in tunnels along the way, got 73 iron, 34 tin, 11 coal dust, 56 Cu, 3 ferrous, 1 Au, 4 quicksilver. Make 4 apiarist pipes, bring a heap of pipes and chests -- setup 3 automated wintry hives, got 1 frozen comb while setting up. A basic automated hive takes an apiary, an apiarist pipe, a wooden pipe, autarchic gate, and about 6 stone/cobble pipes. Not too bad, definitely an acquired skill setting those up!
Centrifuge haul: 27 honeydew, 19 honey drop (take out, put in beealyzer), 15 propolis, 1 cocoa, 14 wax, 1 crystalline pollen.

9 more UU matter, scrap overflow has 3-1/2 stacks. Run em all. MFSU hovers around 7 million, still drops slowly when mass fab is running on MV. 8 more UU, 57 on worktable.
Made a batch of transport pipes, 15 more autarchic gates, 2 electric furnaces, redid the cables in IC2 lab with gold instead of lossy copper. Ran ME cable to thermal expansion lab, dropped a crafting terminal in there, added 4k storage, started dropping lots of metals in there, leave ores and dusts out -- not useful in any recipes until smelted. 16 hardened glass, 4 energy cell frames, more electrum, RCCs, 4 new energy cells. After watching Hypno go nuts setting up 400+ lasers over an assembly table in Hermitcraft, I feel a little better about thinking big, and I do have lots of metals, just haven't processed most of them. May run out of glowstone soon.

A bit laggy after jumping back home, but (duh!) probably because my home town is not chunk loaded! Okay, built a chunk loader, dropped it near middle of town, set to square radius 5, and the laser outline includes everything from my solar panels to most of my bee garden. Misses hives 7 thrtough 10, but not a big deal. Main thing is to have my solars and most of my machines and my link books working. Although my original Mystcraft spot is outside the zone. Darn. Definitely laggy after a few jumps.
Left a diligent d in with the sweetened q. 15% chance of sweetened + diligent = sugary. Fun to try.

So I had a bunch of projects planned. But when I saw that I still couldn't get from my bee lab to my forestry multifarm directly, I extended the town as a platform out over the water. Pretty cool, now there's a road alongside the force lab, ending at a ladder, quick hop to the tree farm.

Back to lab, run combs, throw some bums in the genepool, filled its internal tank, pump out into tank. Recycling mostly unstacking un-analyzed bees and hybrids that seem like dead ends (common/cultivated, meadows/forest, etc). Put one of my 3 eldritch drones in isolator. Got eldritch species serum, average quality. Wow, captured the species on first shot. Try unweary/cult d in isolator, got "No temp tol" serum. One more serum vial left: run a majestic drone (4x fertility), got "no humid tol" serum. Cheat 2 more serum vials (still don't have any royal jelly to make more). Oh, my majestic drone is still there, got "flower pollination" serum (cool). Still not dead, got "effect cancellation" serum (also very good). Now I guess I need the replicator and purifier to fill and purify these serums, and an inoculator to actually use them, darn both need serum vials which need royal jelly. Will wait.
Scrap overflow 4x64+20. Plus 64+ 48 forcicium. Run mass fab, 15 UU, took MFSU down from 10 million to 7 million, evern with 2 hybrid solars and the advanced solar. make 30 Cu, 32 bronze, 48 invar, 2 sturdy casings -> 2 apiarist machines -> 2 genetic machines. Thinking about adding another ME crafting interface in bee lab, but that's 24 blocks from the controller (and I don't want my bees getting into the system and eating all my storage). Darn those ME cable are still expensive, may need to make another quartz run, also low on glowstone; ME controller taking just 14 units/tick. Okay, I have about 300 quartz & dusts in ME network, put a stack of each dust & redstone, make a stack of fluix dust, stack of glass -> 24 ME cable.
Tried to setup a system to automate the AE processors, but the auto worktable seems to not allow any item in a recipe that has durability. Argh. May retool that to make storage clusters (etc), though I'm tempted to use the thermal expansion cyclic assemblers in a chain for that. Adding about 30 cable and a new ME Crafting Terminal (in bee lab) only upped the power consumption to 17 units/tick. I think that's 8 EU/t. Negligible. Fun system.
Neat trick I did not know until I saw Hypno no it: in inventory, you can type @applied to see items from applied energistics .. essentially, the @ operator searches by mod name, even though mod name is not shown in tooltips. Very handy! Should I drop all my bee produce in there or not? Hmm. Should I start making ME Interfaces and hooking up my machines? Seems like I'm still a long way from building the big multiblock Assembler and programming a gazillion recipes.
Smaller things - any uses for all this beeswax? wax -> pipe waterproof. wax / wax / stick = 3 torches. 3 wax -> 4 wax capsule. wax & strings in carpenter with water = 6 or 24 candles. Obviously wax + stuff = scented gear and scented paneling for the multiblock alveary.

Tree multifarm, gold chest almost full. 64+60 force logs, 27 stacks og other logs (take most), 8x64+19 silver lime saplings (leave 64), 7x64 + 22 beech saplings (leave 64), 66 force nuggets (take, 7 force ingots), more. Drop in iron chest, force wrench it, take it home. Drop force logs at BC power station -- 4 energy cells full, but engines ran themselves dry. Quick mining run in Twilight Forest, pack full of ores. Check my silly cobble compressor, got 4 triple and 7 doubly compressed blocks -- just saw Hypno create a massive cobble farm with 10 rows of 64 ME Transition Planes, running into 12 cyclic assemblers to produce the ludicrous octuply compressed cobblestone in under a week. 9^8th cobblestone in one of those.
Random tasks, turned on mob spawner, turned off grinder, used a soul shard for skeletons, got 23, need 64, bleah. Setup auto-enchanter, nothing good came up. Bees doing the usual except for D1: cult/- p + d + sorc d + d + 2 mundane c. Take cult p home, run my last sorc q.

5/3 FTB Unleashed
Real world: went out to the Ramon Bowl to see the last day of the play "Ramona", which has been an annual event there sine 1923.
Minecraft: I enabled Power Converters and Advanced Enchanting. Upgraded my enchanting table to advanced, made a diamond sword, gave it Soul Stealer III for 9 levels. Make 4 soul cages, then back to spawn room: turn off the grinder, get my skeleton soul shard, get it up to Tier 1, make a spawner. Not a powerful spawner, but it gives me mobs without spending essence. So, soul shard spawner plus MFR grinder = infinite mob essence.
Tree farm: 2x64+17 wool, energy cell at 304K, chest: 3 rows of stacks of wood, 74 sand (take), 3 rows of stacks of saplings.
Make bio reactor and bio generator, revise my whole cliff-top IC2 farm. Now half the pumpkin seeds and potatoes go into the io Reactor (stocked it with bonemeal and carrots and melon seeds), made iron tanks for veggie juice and fruit juice, moved the stills downstairs, from bottom of biomass tank to the ethanol tank on the floor below. Meanwhile, the bio reactor feeds MFR biofuel into the bio generator, which keeps the fermenters and stills powered.
No real progress on bee front, yes they are multiplying nicely. Time to startup majestic+noble in #1 and #9, add oblivion frames to both, need to breed imperials already. #9's noble queen can take a holiday, nope, moved her to BH #8. Well, the queen in #9 simply died. Huh? That sucks. RUn the maj/noble p from chest with the majestic/imp d.

Multifarm gold chest overflowing! Grab 11 stacks of apple oak and common beech saplings, run them through fermenters, which used up the fruit juice internal tanks.
Tanks: (cliff top): Biomass 198k, Biofuel 70k, veggie juice 72k, fruit juice 42k. Main cache: lava 338b, oil 155b, creosote 317b, lava2 218b, ethanol 139b, mob essence 94b.
Scrap overflow: 11 stacks - eek, add a hopper, drop 5 stacks in.
8. got my first 3 royal jelly! Make 2 serum vials. Genetic machine -> advanced genetic machine + 3 ghast tears, 4 tanks, redstone -> purifier. AGM + 4 soul sand & 2 tanks & rs -> syntesizer. FInally. add an acclimatlizer (apiarist machine, 3 water cans, 3 lava cans).
Put frigif queen in acclimatizer, can of lava, no change. Another can of lava, got the Up_1 temp tolerance. Go back to snowy base, put Frigid Up_1 p + d + oblivion frame in A2. Yes it worked. Then produced a diligent/wintry princess. Ugh. Bring home, run dil/wint + wint* in #3.
Got 2 more royal jelly from #8 hive.
Run a bleached/wintry d thru isolator: got Flowers Pollination and Slowest Flowers serums (yuck), but bee survived. Test, yes you can smelt an unwanted serum to get the vial back! Run an excited/valiant: Normal Fertility serum. Run again: Slowest Flowering, bee died, recycle the vial. Run bleached bee again, just one vial in machine. Bee died but I got Bleached species serum! That's a rare one.
Eldritch species serum is up to 6 charges but awful quality, looks like it used about 1.5 buckets of DNA for that, move to purifier.
Take a while to make an inoculator -- last of the crazy complex genetic machines! Try inoculating rocky princess with Eldritch species serum.
Bleached species serum up to 4 charges, poor quality, still some DNA in tank. Move to purifier. Up to good quality, DNA tank 80% full (I started with 4b of DNA). Inoculator: eldritch princess done! Try turning meadows princess into bleached princess ... does take a while ... bleached princess done! Oh, it's a bleached/meadows, let's see if inoculating it again gives a pure breed, if so my only other bleached bee is a bleached/wintry that will need a dose. Yes, pure breed. Wow, species serum can salvage weird hybrids.
Normal fertility serum has 5 charges, average quality. In purifier. Good quality, DNA tank at 70%. Now, my new eldritch princess came out with X1 fertility, so she's getting a normal fertility serum. Ok, up to 2x.
Run a x4 majestic drone in isolator ... shorter lifespan serum (not the worst), majestic species serum (+), shorter lifespan (recycle), slower productivity serum (-).
