Overgrown - where those Calculator circuits come from

6/20/2021 Overgrown-1-1

Last night I had about 45 minutes, and was just showing Anne a few of the odd things around Brixton.  I got one new albino melon, and crafted a redstone extractor (Calculator mod) which uses RS and coal to generate 80 RF/t.  Then I broke a block of packed cocoa with a fortune III axe by mistake, thinking it would drop the blocks ... instead it dropped about 100 cocoa beans and instantly crashed:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Comparison method violates its general contract
...     at org.orecruncher.patchwork.item.ItemMagnet.onWornTick(ItemMagnet.java:108)

So I went into NBT and removed the item magnet from my baubles slot and tonight I could login again just fine.

I also got my first tanzanite and amethyst trees, and found that the PinklySheep wild potatoes DO work in the starch extractor.

(2222) I made another squirmies box farm, this one for the larva, using compost as food.

(2232) I made the precision chamber.  This extracts dirty circuits from various dirt/cobble/ore blocks but guaranteed to get a circuit each time, and specific ores give specific circuits, like lapis -> dirty circuit 9, which then goes in a processing or restoration chamber, then [FlawlessCalc] gas lantern + circuit 9 + circuit 9 + gas lantern = CO2 generator.

Looks like the most useful circuit early on is circuit 5 where [AtomicCalc] cirnuit 5 + atomic binder + enr gold = 4 speed upgrades.

Guess I need the processing chamber next.  Oh, the circuits don't stack, so I made a storage chamber to hold them all.

So, here are the sources of each circuit:
Circuit 1 from stone, used for powered fuel
2: sand
3: stone brick
4: reinf stone
5: soul sand -> speed upgrades
6: obsidian -> energy upgrades
7: gravel -> void upgrade
8: leaves -> transfer upgrade
9: lapis -> CO2 generator
10: obsidian -> glowstone extractor
11: reinf dirt
12: sandstone
13: block of clay
14: redstone

The rest are used only in the fabrication chamber.

(2256) I made the processing chamber, ran some soul sand, restored the circuits, made 12 speed upgrades, and right clicked them around the lab.  Precision chamber with 5 speed upgrades takes about 10 seconds per item.  Processing chamber with 6 speed upgrades runs in about 15 seconds.  Algorithm separator with 3 speed upgrades runs in 8 seconds.  The animations actually speed up as well, which is neat.  In the UIs, you can hover over the eject button to see how many upgrades were added, or click the button to pop them out.

(2306) I built the analyzing chamber, which claimed to not need power but the UI has a power bar ... but it works without any power.  Put circuit in top left slot, and it marks it as analyzed and there is a chance of items coming out in the slots below: 6% chance of common mod items, down to 0.01% chance of nether stars, end diamond or other top-tier items.

Trying to think of a not-too-cheaty recipe to make repair paste from <dungeontactics:magic_powder>.

Good progress but I have to get up early.
