VeeTech2 Space Base Fix and Fun with Dimlets

I need to take a new rocket back up to my space station, hook up the power to the matter receiver, and get back down to Earth.  Then I won't need a rocket to get up and down from there, though I do need to keep those RFTools blocks powered up.

I got that done, but once again, the rocket landing failed.  I had no option to get off the rocket, only to hit K and Disassemble it again.  Then I could use cloud pet to fly down and get inside.  Now all the RFTools blocks are definitely powered.

I put my space suit away, made the wyvern chestplate, put my jetpack away now that I have cloud pet for fast safe movement.  New dimension in the works: Chaotic, Mountains, Huge Orbs, Large Moon.  Not much, but I hope to grab some more dimlets along the way.  

The dimension turned out as expected, except that it's sky island terrain gen.  It's mostly birch forest with huge orbs of a Chisel mod cobblestone.  Regular mobs, fluid cows, slime islands.  Fun terrain to fly around in.  The lab buildings are up on stilts from deep in  the void below, or half cut into the giant orbs.  Another good dimension.

Some new dimlets I found that sound like fun to explore: Alien Forest, Space, Tendrils, Hardened Mana Infused Glass.  Getting late, gotta go.

Let's try out those weird dimlets.  Try Controller Filtered, Biome Alien Forest, then Tendrils of Mana Infused Glass, and Mineshafts.  Might be a bit expensive, worth a shot.  291 RF/tick.  I've had worse.

So ... Dim 19 is an ocean world with one-thick ice sheets in many areas.  There are tendrils of mana-infused glass as designed, so I grabbed a few stacks.  The dimension labs are scattered on the surface, and the only mob I saw were snow golems.  They even spawn inside the labs when I'm there.  The bottom of the ocean is void, and I flew all the way out to 4200z without seeing a world border or land of any kind, so no mineshafts.  One area claimed to be a Swampland biome - it had lily pads, a few guardians, and submerged fossils.

Some odd new dimlets I found: FilledWaves, Invertigo (probably the upside-down world I found earlier), NearLands and body planet.

After that, I flew around the Nether drill mining the ceiling.  Dropped it into my processing system, pounded a lot of blocks out of the super crafting frames.  Quick night.
